We don't give answers.
We build judgment.
Project Socrates is a Luxembourg-based professional development firm dedicated to AI governance for the corporate-services and investment-funds sector. We help firms build the judgment their people need to govern generative AI responsibly, aligned with the EU AI Act.
Diego Francisco Rimer
Corporate and investment-funds legal counsel with over 14 years of experience in Luxembourg's financial industry. Diego has served leading institutions across corporate-secretarial services, regulatory compliance, and the governance of alternative investment funds, special purpose vehicles and listed holding structures.
He holds a law degree (Abogado) and a Master of Science from the Universidad de los Andes (Venezuela), and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European and International Law from the Universität des Saarlandes (Germany). He is currently a Ph.D. candidate researching AI Law and Ethics.
Diego founded Project Socrates to bring the same governance rigour his profession applies to regulated structures into the way firms adopt generative AI: with clear policies, named human oversight, and an audit trail that satisfies both internal standards and regulatory expectations.

The Socrates Line.
The judgment boundary between what the machine prepares and what the human decides.
Every session we deliver is built around this principle. Generative AI can research, draft and analyse at speed. But the decision, the professional judgment that gives the output its value, belongs to your people. We teach them where the line is and how to hold it.
